I loved being able to shoot my dear friend Lynnesy and her precious family. They have so much love for each other, and I learn from them every time I am celebrating life with them.
I had the best time photographing the Owens family last fall in Kentucky. The love they have for their children is enormous, and I was blessed to capture it on film! Thank you, Emily and Ty, for letting me spend time with your wonderful family!
There are beautiful restorations going on in my little river hometown of Paducah, Kentucky, and this beauty is one of them. The Smedley Yeiser is one of the oldest homes in Paducah, and it is receiving the love it deserves from local restoration heroes Levi Kepsel and Lauren Jackson (http://thegreyhouserevival.blogspot.com/). I was thrilled to be able to photograph the inside of the home and the beautifulstyled shoot by Sara Falder (florist at http://www.flowerandfurbish.com/), Amber Barnett, and Mary Remy.
My dear friend Sarah is resilient. She is loved. She is beautiful. These photos were taken during her first round of chemo last Spring. Her stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma was believed to be gone, but it has returned and she is in need for more medical assistance. Her round two battle is leaving her with extra financial hardship, strain on her fertility, and trauma to her body. Please send prayers her way, and if you feel led to donate, below is the link to Sarah's Smile! We love you, Sarah!
